Alpine School District is seeking to enter a contract with a qualified vendor/s to provide flooring and related material for various flooring projects within the ASD. Interior finishing materials including wallboard and drywall and ceiling materials and molding and millwork and cabinetry and flooring materials including carpet and vinyl and stone or tile flooring. This Request for Proposals ("RFP"), having been determined to be the appropriate procurement method to provide the best value to the Conducting Procurement Unit, is designed to provide interested Offerors with sufficient basic information to submit proposals. This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is issued in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and applicable administrative rules of the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this RFP conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code, then the Utah Procurement Code or Utah Administrative Code will take precedence. It is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offerors are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability. The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: flooring (carpet) and related material for various flooring projects within the ASD. It is anticipated that this RFP will result in multiple contract awards. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: any vendor reaching a total score threshold of a minimum of 80 points may be eligible to be awarded a contract. The award of the contract does not guarantee the use or purchase of awarded vendors' products or services. A best value assessment will take place each and every time to determine which/when vendors' products or services will be used. This assessment can include but is not limited to budget, cost, individual school preference, district preference, and compatibility. This contract can be used for any and all locations within Alpine School District. If your time is different from that shown, your profile may be set to a different time zone. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated. The contract resulting from this RFP may be for up to FIVE (5) years. Alpine School District ("ASD") Physical Facilities maintains hundreds of buildings with carpet flooring. Because of project needs such as; new installations, renovations, upgrades, as well as, maintenance and/or repair on existing floors, ASD seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor/s to provide flooring products necessary for various flooring projects. Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit and Alpine School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as "the District"). This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP. Question Submission Close Date 2/10/2023 2:00 PM MST
