This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the Town) to submit non-binding proposals to perform a comprehensive facilities assessment and plan at Town Water and Wastewater facilities Service, as further described in Appendix A Cochrane is nearing 34,000 people, at this life stage, it is now time to initiate the process for condition assessments for our Water and Wastewater facilities. This is Cochranes first foray into asset management. We expect for the project to commence at the start of April 2023. There are twenty-two facilities including one water treatment facility and one wastewater transfer facility. See Appendix E for complete listing. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
