For Renovate Mason Hall - School of Music The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Renovation of Mason Hall - School of Music at the State University of New York at Fredonia. The original Mason Hall was constructed in 1941 with four additions over time. The Mason Hall Complex totals approximately 128,880 gross square feet. This project will address the two oldest portions of the building, Old Mason (1941) and Mason Hall Annex (1961) totaling 45,164 GSF. Mason Hall is the home of School of Music. The existing mechanical systems do not provide the proper temperature and humidity control for this program. The project will replace mechanical and temperature control systems and upgrade electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. Acoustical design and interior renovation will be included in the project scope. The Project will include the removal of hazardous materials and will meet current code and ADA requirements.
