Scope of Work/Specifications o S2 is an access control system that unifies credential-based access control, video surveillance, instruction detection, and event monitoring. Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) uses S2 to control and manage personnel (employees, contractors, and guests) access to AWWU facilities. Due to the importance of AWWU's S2 system, a vendor with manufacturer trained technicians able to troubleshoot and repair electrified door hardware, damaged card readers, cameras, Milestone Mobile, door sequencers, S2 nodes and boards, and other repairs as needed is sought. o Contract Date: Award date through 12/31/2023 o Work to be performed on an as-needed basis o Multiple AWWU facilities: o AWWU Headquarters: 3000 Arctic Blvd., Anchorage, AK o Operations and Maintenance: 325 E. 94th Court, Anchorage, AK o Asplund Wastewater Treatment Facility: 2300 Hutson Dr., Anchorage, AK o Eagle River Wastewater Treatment Facility: 15524 Artillery Rd., Anchorage, AK o Girdwood Wastewater Treatment Facility: 238 Ruane Rd., Girdwood, AK o Eklutna Water Treatment Facility: 30001 Eklutna Lake Rd., Chugiak, AK o Ship Creek Water Treatment Facility: 8800 Bald Eagle Dr., Anchorage, AK o Turpin septage station: 6600 Boundary Ave, Anchorage, AK o Programming, design and set-up assistance. o Software support o Hardware maintenance Questions regarding this RFQ will be submitted in writing via email to wwpur@muni.org.
