Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids received after the time fixed for receiving bids will be returned, unopened. General Contractors will be required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form within the time frame indicated below. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Briefly, the work for this project shall be executed under a single general construction contract for Sunset Primary School, Meridian Creek Middle School, and West Linn High School for the West Linn Wilsonville School District. The intent of the project is to create secure classroom conditions. The work includes shelter-in-place curtains, window shades, glazing film, and glass replacement. Should a bidder wish additional sets or parts of sets, they may obtain them by paying the cost of the reproduction thereof, plus handling and mailing costs, with no refund for the additional sets or parts thereof. Bidders shall use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. Neither the School District nor the Architect assumes any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check or surety bond executed by a State licensed surety company, payable to the School District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid. No interest will be paid on bid security. Return or retention of bid security shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.385. DISCLOSURE FORM All contractors, pursuant to ORS 279C.370, are required to complete Document 00 43 50 - First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form under the requirements of the Instructions to Bidders. The completed form must be received at the District Operation Center Offices within 2 hours of the Bid time and date. All bids must be received at the District Operations Center, 2755 SW Borland Road, Tualatin, Oregon 97062 on bid closing date and time shown above. This Project is subject to State of Oregon Prevailing Wage requirements in accordance with ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870. Start of Construction: June 21, 2023 Substantial Completion: August 16, 2023 Final Completion: September 15, 2023
