The Work is limited to preventative maintenance for all Carrier iVu physical and digital controls components. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active B and/or C20 License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractors California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidders proposal. Bidder and subcontractors are required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. The Bidders registration must remain active throughout the term of the Contract. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents. Bidder is required to certify that it either meets the Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) goal of three percent (3%) participation or made a good faith effort to solicit DVBE participation while bidding this project. Request for Information (RFI) : (RFI's) regarding this Invitation for Bid must be received in writing to Elizabeth Roman at bids@ausd.us by 10:00 AM on Thursday , February 16 th , 2023 . Responses will be issued by 10:00 AM on Friday , February 17 th , 2023 via email and/or website posting. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening
