The City of San Pablo wishes to hire a Professional Engineering Consulting Firm for the design and preparation of construction documents for Construction of Full Trash Capture (FTC) device(s) on Willow Street. The project is in partnership with Caltrans, with the objective to retain and capture all trash and debris from the below grade Willow Road storm drain system to meet both Caltrans and local requirements. A mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting has been scheduled for at San Pablo City Hall, 1000 Gateway Avenue, San Pablo, CA 94806. Questions regarding this RFP, the Project, or site access may be submitted in writing only and directed to Randell Harrison, email: Randell@HarrisonEngineering.com. Written responses will be provided in addenda to this RFP distributed by email to all registered firms. Start/Delivery Date tentatively to begin May 2023 and end February 2025. Project Duration The anticipated duration of the agreement will be for 22 months, with the term tentatively to begin May 2023 and end February 2025. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
