Tsawwassen First Nation (TFN) is requesting fee proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide maintenance services at the Sports Field at 2311 Tsawwassen Drive, Tsawwassen, B.C. Invitation Tsawwassen First Nation ("TFN") is requesting fee proposals ("Proposals") from qualified and experienced companies (the "Proponents") in accordance with this request for proposals (TFN RFP No.2023-01), including all appendices attached hereto and any addenda hereto issued by TFN) (this "RFP") to provide maintenance services (the "Services") at the Sports Field at 2311 Tsawwassen Drive, Tsawwassen, B.C. (Refer to Appendix B) (the "Site") The Proposals which are submitted in accordance with this RFP will be evaluated by TFN for the selection of a Proponent with the intent to enter into a contract in the form attached as Appendix F (the "Contract".) Project Description & Background The TFN Sports Field Complex was completed in 2017. Since its completion the sports field has received only basic maintenance resulting in decreased playability of the turf playing fields. TFN intents to implement a maintenance program to return the fields to the standard to which it was designed (the "Project"). The end objective of the Services is to support the current and future demands for higher standard natural turf fields benefiting both TFN residents and neighbouring communities. 7 Enquiries Requests for clarification must be made in writing sent to email: purchasing@tsawwassenfirstnation.com, quoting the RFP title and number, at least five (5) business days prior to the Closing Time. It is each Proponent's responsibility to ensure that it seeks clarification on any matter relating to this RFP. If a change or additional information is warranted, TFN's response will be communicated to all Proponents by means of written addenda prior to the Closing Time. TFN will determine, at its sole discretion, whether the query requires response. If TFN determines that a response is required, such response will be made available to all Proponents by issue of addenda emailed to each proponent that will be incorporated into and become part of this RFP. No oral conversation will affect or modify the terms of this RFP nor may any oral conversation be relied upon by a Proponent. Further, TFN shall not be bound by, and each Proponent agrees not to rely upon, any written or verbal statements or representations of anyone other than the TFN contact person named above who has sole responsibility for all inquiries.
