The City of Espaola, NM is requesting proposals from qualified teams to provide architectural and engineer services for the design of a new Cultural Heritage Museum/City Hall for the City of Espanola. The site for this project is located on the historical Plaza in Downtown Espanola. This project will be for the design and creation of the construction plans for this project. The City of Espaola has plans seek legislative money and or bond money for the construction of this facility. Owner will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the total bid price, including NMGRT that serves the best interest of the Owner.
