As of April 30, 2025, per owner, project was never awarded. Delivery of bids to the City of Espanola is the sole responsibility of the Bidders. Potential Bidders are required to fill out and submit the project-specific Acknowledgement of Receipt Form and return via email to the Procurement Officer, Anna Hall at ahall@espanolanm.gov to receive further communications including amendments/addenda to the bid documents. Please follow the return instructions on each project-specific Acknowledgement of Receipt Form. It is the Contractor's responsibility to obtain all amendments/addenda from the website prior to the bid opening. The City of Espaola, NM is requesting proposals from qualified teams to provide architectural and engineer services for the design of a new Cultural Heritage Museum/City Hall for the City of Espanola. The site for this project is located on the historical Plaza in Downtown Espanola. This project will be for the design and creation of the construction plans for this project. The City of Espaola has plans seek legislative money and or bond money for the construction of this facility. Owner will select the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the total bid price, including NMGRT that serves the best interest of the Owner. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. The contractor agrees to post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, notices to be provided by the contracting officer setting forth the provisions of this nondiscrimination clause. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended.
