Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Roswell Park Cancer Institute is seeking competitive bids to replace the expansion joint in the parking garage. The objective of this project is to remove and replace the expansion joint on the Southeast middle level of the Roswell Park parking garage. The scope includes concrete repairs, post tension tendon repairs and replacements, post tensioning, and replacement of the expansion joint. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Any questions concerning the Request for Bid should be directed to Ashley Massaro via e-mail at Ashley.Massaro@RoswellPark.org. Questions will be accepted through 12:00 noon on Monday, February 20th, 2023. Responses, when deemed necessary, will be communicated by ddendum to registered plan holders who have obtained drawings and specificationsfrom RPCI.
