Renovation of a municipal facility in Hayward, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Description: Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit or District) is requesting firm fixed price bids from qualified, responsive, and responsible firms for installation of security enhancement at Division 6. Pre-bid Meeting will be held prior to the date of bid opening. The conference will take place at the time and date listed in Section 00 01 20 "List of Procurement Schedules" at the AC Transit Division 6 located at 1758 Sabre Street, Hayward, CA 94545. Attention is directed to Section 00 25 13 "Pre-Bid Meeting" below for further information concerning the conference Scope of Work: Installation of owner provided equipment including new security Cameras and card readers at selected locations and placements Throughout the facility. Provide and install all required locksets and exit devices. Installation new equipment and associated fixtures including new Monitoring/control panel, sub-panel, alarms. Installation new electrical wiring and conduit for new camera systems And badge systems, along with all required components, conduits and Wiring. Provide and install additional cameras, mounts, card readers, Request-to-exit devices and other electronic equipment, not provided By owner ($50,000 allowance). Contractor to record part number, serial numbers and locations of All installed equipment
