The main conveyance for the Wastewater System (WWS) along Vick Rd (just south of Ponkan Rd) consists of approx. 2,300 LF of 18" force main (FM) along the east side of the right-of-way that discharges into Lift Station 73 (LS #73). This 2,300 LF replacement will require the use of a temporary sewer bypass. Inquiry Deadline:February 26, 2023, 11:30am To obtain bids in regards to Vick Rd. Wastewater System Force Main Upgrade, the selected contractor must be licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform under the laws of the State of Florida. The City intends to enter into an agreement with the lowest qualified firm. The City in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, accept any proposal or any combination of proposals or waive any minor irregularity or technicality in proposals received and may, at its sole discretion, request a re-proposal, when in its sole judgment, it will best serve public interest. Additional Governmental Agencies/Entities may utilize this contract upon suppliers' acceptance. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project; the location is public and available for a walk thru at the convenience of those interested in submitting a bid.
