Provide and Install to Fully Functional All Components of New Commercial Food-grade Walk-in Refrigerator o Vendor to Fully Complete Installation Including Any Plumbing or Electrical Work, Other Construction Work, Freon Recovery From Old Unit, Regarding the Installation of the Refrigerator (Needs to Be Detailed in the Bid) Equipment Specifications: o Commercial Food-grade Walk-in Refrigerator With Interior Measurements No Less Than 9 Feet Wide, 20 Feet Long, 90 Inches Tall. o Must Include Warranty on Parts and Labor (May Be Separate Warranties) Refrigerator Must Have a Door Handle Allowing for an Independent Pad Lock if Desired and Meet All Safety Requirements That Apply to Schools and Food Service Industries Vendor to Measure and Inspect Following Areas for Instillation: o 311 J.e. Humphreys (Ashland High School) - Northeast Corner of Main Building Between the North Side of the Kitchen Door and the South Side of the Northern Sidewalk Optional Project to Bid Separately: (May or May Not Be a Project Selected for Completion at This Time) o Commercial Walk-in Freezer to Be Placed Adjacent to the New Commercial Walk-in Refrigerator Including All Parts, Labor, Equipment, and Freezer Contact: Contact Scott Struble at 620-635-2220 to Schedule a Time to Measure and Inspect Work Must Be Performed Between May 29, 2023 and July 29, 2023.
