In general, the project consists of construction of approximately 700 linear feet of new bituminous sidewalk, including installation of granite curb, paving and ADA improvements. R1: The Engineers estimated cost for this project is $134,300. The Project is being bid and any bids submitted are subject to the conditions set forth in Section X of the "Municipal Purchasing and Sale of Supplies, Materials, or Equipment Policy" approved 9/22/2015, as amended, and the resulting Contract is subject to the laws of the State of Maine. Construction is expected to begin on April 3, 2023, and be substantially complete no later than June 30, 2023.
