Renovation of a municipal facility in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Ludlow is seeking RFQ proposals for Architectural Design Services for the replacement of existing roofing, restoration of cupola, construction of a new air barrier between third floor and attic, removal, and replacement of asbestos ceiling tiles on the second and third floors, LED lighting upgrades on the second and third floors, and carpet removal and replacement on the second and third floors, attic insulation and restroom accessibility improvements. The Town of Ludlow reserves the right to reject any and or all proposals. All work will be done at Ludlow Town Hall, 488 Chapin Street, Ludlow, MA. Interior Construction work must be completed between 7/1/2023-and 8/31/2023. It is the intent of the town to move offices and staff out of the building during this time, with a return to the building on or before 9/5/2023.
