Lebanon Public Schools invites qualified and interested vendors to submit sealed bids for the replacement of lockers at Lyman Memorial High School in the girl's locker room. Requirements for RFP are attached. eplacement of all lockers in the Lyman Memorial High School girl's locker. New lockers will meet current specifications including fire codes and ADA accessibility requirements. The perimeter of the locker room will contain full size lockers (12x12x72 1-tier 16 gauge shelf and bottom with sloped top) with three island locker bays with two tiers of half lockers (12x12x30/60 2 tier 16 gauge top, intermediate and bottom). Contractor will be responsible for removal and disposal of the old lockers. Proposal should include all materials that will be used, include labor costs and installation cost. Contractor that is selected to do the work is responsible to check if any permits need to be pulled and must carry appropriate insurance according to CIRMA guidelines. Interested contractors will conduct a mandatory site-visit of the area: to measure, and to determine number of lockers necessary for the given space. Vertical members shall have an additional flange to form continuous door strike. Corners shall be lapped and welded into a rigid assembly. In addition, bottom cross members shall have tang at each end that fits through slot in rear flange of upright frame member to prevent twisting out of alignment. Top and bottom cross members shall provide support for front edge of locker top and locker bottom. Door - One piece, 16-gauge steel on single double and triple tier with both vertical edges formed into channel-shaped formation; top and bottom shall be flanged at 90 degree angle. On multiple tier lockers, hinge side shall be formed into channel shaped formation with three sides flanged at 90 degree angle. Box locker doors up to and including 15" wide by 15" high shall be 18-gauge unless specified otherwise. Ventilation - Diamond perforations top and bottom Door Jambs - 48" and higher single tier lockers shall have three door jambs; double tier and triple tier lockers shall have two jambs welded to side of door frames to engage locking device.
