The selected contractor will provide routine, non-routine, and emergency testing, maintenance, and repair services for all County facilities elevators. The selected contractor must comply with all local and State laws, rules, and regulations specifically including those related to elevator maintenance. See Attachment A for full scope of work. Term of contract is anticipated to be five (5) years, comprised of an initial three (3) year term with the provision of two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
