Sealed bids for the following items of work: Live the Dream - New Subdivision, Double Springs Road for a project located off Double Springs Road in Bowling Green, Kentucky. o Site Civil Package - Includes grade/drain, utilities, landscaping, paving, etc The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Housing Authority of Bowling Green, 247 Double Springs Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101 The owner reserves the right to waive any infor- mality or to reject any or all bids. Any unsuccessful bidder, upon returning such set promptly and in good condition, will be refunded his payment, and any non-bidder upon so returning such a set will be refunded $50.00. Each bidder must deposit his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof
