Approved bidders on the North Dakota State Bidders List are hereby given notice that the State of North Dakota intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement, pursuant to North Dakota Century Code (N.D.C.C.) 54-44.4-13. The purpose of this notice is to notify all registered bidders. Purchase Description: The State of North Dakota acting through its Office of Management and Budget, State Procurement Office, intends to participate in a Cooperative Purchase effort for Scoreboards, Digital Displays, and Video Boards with Related Services. The contract contains but is not limited to the following: o Scoreboards, sports displays, scorer's tables, controllers, and timing systems; o Digital displays, LED Video displays; o Video boards; o Message centers, marquees, concourse displays, transportation displays; and o Related and complementary offering of integrated audio or sound systems and related accessories and supplies This will be a cooperative purchase through Sourcewell, a local government agency and service cooperative created under the laws of the State of Minnesota that facilitates the solicitation and contract award process. Deadline for Written Questions: February 28, 2023 @ 4:30 p.m., Central Time All questions regarding the solicitation must be addressed to the entity issuing the solicitation.
