Cheshire Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design services for a capital site renovation project in redesigning the South Parking Lot and adjacent Loading Dock at Cheshire High School located at 525 South Main Street. Cheshire, CT 06410. The scope is to provide a design, design drawing and specifications and the creation of a formal bid package (construction documents) including incorporating customer-supplied bid documentation. All documentation shall include electronic file copies. Proposer shall also include 4 sets of full sized stamped (permit) drawings in their proposal. Construction management services shall be submitted in the proposal as an add-alternate.\ The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
