Replace existing rooftop unit on parking structure #8. The time for substantial completion for all phases shall be 30 Calendar Days and Final Completion shall be 30 days thereafter. Provide maintenance of existing trees and plants including irrigation during the post construction plant maintenance period. 8. Remove tree protection fencing and other protection from around and under trees and plants. 9. Clean up and disposal of all excess and surplus material.
