No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Marlborough ("City"), the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from contractors for the Gunite Pool Repairs at Ward Park Pool and Farrell Field Pool in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Contract ED 2023-06 for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Marlborough. The project consists of miscellaneous repairs to the gunite pools including but not limited too; skimmer replacement, floor drain replacement, recementing vertical wall piping, high-pressure water blasting, ceramic tiling and replacement of the cement concrete pool decks including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work . completed on or before June 2, 2023 Bids are subject to M.G.L., c. 30, 39M, and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L c.149, 26 through 27H inclusive.
