Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Brampton, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a stadium; multi-residential development; office development; restaurant; and retail development.
Redevelopment of the CAA lands into an urban core with transit-oriented opportunities for residential, business, leisure and tourism. Scope to include the redevelopment of the former Powerade Centre into a new sports complex with a multi-purpose cricket facility. Lands are bordered by Kennedy Road South, Highway 410 and the 407 ETR. TIMELINE: Plans are conceptual. Expression of Interest for developers, which is being followed in a separate report, closed in 2023 and a final award has not yet been finalized. The new Cricket Centre is being followed in a separate report. Further update may be available late 2026. Budget is an estimate.
