Estimated budget : +/- $25,000 The Polk County Board Of Commissioners Is Accepting Sealed Bids From Experienced And Qualified Contractors To Provide Clearing, Grading, And Construction Services Necessary To Construct A New Trail Head Parking Lot. This Is A Material, Labor, & Equipment Bid Request. A Contract Will Be Awarded To The Contractor Whose Bid Best Satisfies The Requirements For This Request And Best Serves The Interest Of Polk County. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid is required and must be submitted with bid. Payment and Performance Bonds in amounts equal to 100% of the awarded cost of the project will also be required upon award of the project. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the bid deadline for submission. Polk County Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. No change will be made to this RFB except by written modification by the County.
