The MJQ invites bids for computer and audiovisual structured cabling installation services. The purpose of this call for tenders is to respond to ad hoc needs and, sometimes, urgently, for the deployment of structured cabling in courthouses, in service centers as well as in ministerial offices distributed in the ten- seven (17) administrative regions of Quebec. The contractor must be an installer recognized as a certified designer and distributor of systems (CDAS), and this, for a period of at least 12 months preceding the date of submission of tenders. To do this, the MJQ is issuing this call for tenders to use specialized expertise in this area in each administrative region and, consequently, to have access to installers certified in laying and installing structured cabling . Only one contractor for each administrative region will be selected based on the lowest price submitted. The contracts begin upon signature by both parties and end upon the occurrence of the first of the following events: Three (3) years after the date of signature of the contract; When the maximum sum provided for in the contract is reached.
