Renovation of an educational facility in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of renovations to the high school gym entrance lobby and hallway and adjacent concessions area. Interior finishes will be replaced or refreshed. New finishes and LED lighting will be provided in the lobby, hallway, and concession areas. The existing resilient tile flooring in the lobby and hallway will be removed and replaced with LVT. New display cases will be provided for trophies and other athletic memorabilia. The concessions area will be renovated. An alternate for new finishes (flooring and painting) is included for the western half of the hallway not included in the Base Bid. General Construction - $450,000 Electrical Construction - $60,000 Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cash, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check or Bid Bond in the form provided in the Bidding Documents, with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner, in an amount not less than 10% of the Base Bid, naming as Obligee Schuylkill Haven Area School District. Prospective Bidders are advised that this Project is subject to and will be governed by provisions of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act including amendments and supplements thereto. The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in Bids, or to reject all Bids or parts thereof.
