Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Portage charter Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Demolish the existing steel bridge with wood deck and remove existing log abutments. Excavate for new abutments, install new concrete abutments with waterproofing, install new steel superstructure, install timber decking and wearing surface, backfill structure, install wood guardrail, install new signs, place gravel approaches, place riprap around the abutments, place erosion control measures, and restore slopes. 5% Bid Security ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: March 2, 2023, 5:00 P.M.
