Reference Number 00003400032 Source ID SCRIBE Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS), on behalf of London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) and St Joseph's Health Care London, is looking to establish a long-term partnership with a maximum of five (5) preferred Proponents, for the supply of Professional Architectural Services for LHSC. The preparation and issuance of this Request for Proposal (RFP), HMMS04160 - Professional Architectural Services, is to utilize a multi-award strategy with no minimum value and/or volume commitment in the resulting contracts, for future architectural projects, throughout the term of agreement. All future architectural projects are subject to internal approval processes, approval of external funding, and/or budgets. Suppliers not awarded through this competitive procurement process may be excluded from opportunities throughout the term of agreement. Proponents must be licensed in the Province of Ontario with a current certificate of practice issued by the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA). The services provided must be in accordance with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA), as governed by the Architects Act, all other regulatory bodies, industry standards, CSA, Ministry of Health (MOH) Design Standards, Ontario Building Code, and all other applicable healthcare codes and standards not mentioned. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
