In addition to all the work normally required for the complete completion of the work mentioned above, i.e. demolition, interior fittings and finishes, mechanical systems, biomedical gas systems, electrical systems, fire protection, heating , control systems, etc., the work to be performed under this mandate specifically shown on the drawings and described in the specifications includes, among other things and without limitation, the supply and installation of the materials, equipment and accessories required to : a) Completion of the required preparation and demolition work, including everything related to phasing and temporary installations; b) Construction of new partitions; c) Sealing of the palliative care room and adjoining bathroom (108), to allow negative pressure; d) Patching of walls, ceilings and floors; e) Replacement of wall finishes; f) Replacement of floor finishes; g) Replacement of ceiling finishes; h) Supply and installation of built-in furniture; i) Mechanical/electrical work according to the engineering plans provided; j) Painting of the indicated premises, plasterboard walls; k) Relocation of equipment according to customer needs; l) Coordinate negative pressure ventilation work, contractor hired directly by CS Lebel-sur-Quévillon.
