Flushing Meadows Corona Park Queens Storehouse Reconstruction, Located at 43 Meridian Rd New York, NY 11368 This procurement is subject to: - Participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013 - PLA Requirements Bidders are hereby advised that this contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Covering Specified Renovation and Rehabilitation of City Owned Buildings and Structures entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated local unions. ) The Cost Estimate Range is: $5,000,000.00 to $10,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The date for Substantial Completion is 540 consecutive calendar day Scope- The Work includes roof membrane replacement, structural work related to corroded roof steel decking, structural steel trusses and framing, repair /partial replacement of CMU exterior walls, repair of cracked concrete floor slab, new privacy/security screen to replace fence at existing covered yard, site drainage work . The above enumeration of the general scheme is not to be construed as including all items and operations necessary for the completion of the Work. All Work shall be completed according to the Contract Documents and as directed by the Engineer
