As of July 11, 2023, the project has not been awarded as bids are still under evaluation. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. This project comprises the construction of the wastewater collection and transmission system. The project includes the following items of work, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of approximately 7,700 feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sanitary sewer, 33 sanitary sewer manholes and all necessary fittings and incidentals to complete the wastewater system via open cut construction method. 2. Installation of approximately 132 sanitary sewer lateral services to existing buildings on private property including all necessary piping, valves, fittings and incidentals to connect all homes as shown on the Drawings. 3. Abandonment and demolition of approximately 130 existing septic tanks on private property. 4. Installation of one duplex pump station and all necessary structures, equipment, accessories, utility service connections, site work, electrical and instrumentation, start up and testing as shown on the Drawings. The work includes all associated site work, piping and restoration necessary to complete the system. The City reserves the right to waive any and all technicalities, formalities and to reject any or all bid submittals or to re-advertise for bid submittals for these commodities/services.
