For performing all services related to the disposal if mechanically dewatered biosolids from centrifuges, by land application. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the City of Geneva in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount. The Contractor and sub-contractors shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages as found by the Department of Labor or as determined by the Court of Appeal, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under the Contract. A signed certification stating the above as well as the fact that the bidder is not barred from bidding as a result of a violation of either Section 33E-3 or 33E-4 of Chapter 38, Illinois Revised Statutes, 1987 (as amended) must be submitted with the sealed bid. The City of Geneva, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities. April 1, 2023 -April 30, 2024 May 1, 2024 -April 30, 2025
