This request is for the selection of a qualified contractor through an Invitation for Bid (IFB) process to rehabilitate the gate apron pavement and utilities on Gates C40 and C42 at Denver International Airport (DEN). These gates are in the southeast quadrant of Concourse C, near the center core. The scope of work will include demolition of existing apron pavement and underground utilities, and the rehabilitation of the utilities and apron pavement to ensure proper drainage and increase safety on the apron and other surrounding facilities.
