Approximately 850 LF of 4" Thick Concrete 5' Wide Sidewalk 4. Approximately 67 LF of 12" PVC SCH-40 Pipe Culvert 5. Approximately 57 LF of Dual 15" RCP Culvert 6. Approximately 68 LF Remove 30" HDPE Replace with 30" RCP Culvert 7. Approximately 52 LF Removal of 30" HDPE Culvert 8. Approximately 810 LF of Cleaning / Regrading of Existing Roadside Ditch 9. Approximately 815 CY of Excavation for Storm Detention A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Lumberton or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Lumberton reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by City of Lumberton for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award. This project will consist of the construction of a new concrete road between Williams Road and Candlestick Drive, associated drainage improvements, and a stormwater detention facility. Contractor will excavate for roadway and detention pond in accordance with the construction plans. The proposed road section will be 27' (Back of Curb - Back of Curb) typically as shown on plans. Subgrade will consist of compacted limestone base.
