**As of March 21, 2023 this project has been cancelled and currently there are no plans on rebidding at this time.** Project includes ADA improvements throughout the interior of the ETSU Sevierville Campus (2025 Red Bank Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862) and the My People Senior Center (1220 W Main St, Sevierville, TN 37862). The entire itemized scope is provided below, but includes a variety of needs ranging from height adjustments to amenities to room remodeling if it is determined that it is needed. The City reserves the right to amend the scope of the project based on budget and available resources. The City reserves the right to negotiate prior to contractual agreement with the chosen firm. Only one (1) award will be made from this contract. In case of error or discrepancy in the mathematics of the bid price, the unit prices shall prevail. The Owner shall provide notice to the successful Proposer within 30 days and shall provide a purchase order authorizing the order of the system. Within seven (7) days following receipt of Owner's purchase order, the successful Bidder shall provide the Owner with a written order acknowledgement listing the project and estimated construction date The City reserves the right to reject any Proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Proposer fails to satisfy the City that such Proposer is properly qualified to carry out the obligation of the contract by supplying the service contemplated therein. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. No proposals received for this project. Re-bid not yet decided upon.
