Reference number : 1687890 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-02-20 The Eeyou Istchee Baie-James Regional Government is requesting bids for the drinking water production plant. Without limitation, the project consists of: Preparation of the work area and protection against contamination of drinking water installations; Dismantling of existing equipment and instruments to be replaced, such as the well piezometric probe, pressure sensors, flow meters, washing pump and any other element necessary for the installation of new instruments; Supply and installation of instruments such as a piezometric probe for the well, two pressure sensors/transmitters, pressure gauges, an ultrasonic level sensor/transmitter, three float level detectors, a differential pressure sensor on the filter, a sensor pressure for the compressor and all other equipment and instruments indicated on the plans and specifications; Temporary installations necessary to maintain the supply of drinking water at all times while the work is being carried out; Supply and installation for the green sand filter of a permanganate detector, a continuous chlorine, pH and temperature analyzer, a continuous turbidity analyzer, a washing pump, small piping and accessories for the installation of instruments; Cleaning, sanding and painting the filter with green sand; Dismantling of the existing electrical installation, starters, panels, wiring, etc.; Supply and installation of a new distribution panel; Supply and installation of starters for the raw water pump, distribution pump and filter washing pump; Wiring and connection of equipment; Dismantling of existing control panels, disconnection of equipment control cable and control panels; Supply and installation of the control panel including the PLC, the interface touch screen and the SCADA software; control connection wiring for equipment and instruments; PLC programming, operator interface, reports and telemetry configuration; Testing and calibration of instruments; Testing procedures, start-up and continuous testing of the entire installation, including a commissioning report and a diagnosis of the green sand filtration system.
