Saving Project...

Demolition, site work, paving, environmental remediation, outdoor lighting, new construction, remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hermosa Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.

The project includes, but is not limited to: procurement, delivery, installation, operation and maintenance of twenty (20) Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations to be installed as part of the Southern California Edison (SCE) Charge Ready program. Please submit any questions related to this bid through electronically no later than 12 P.M. on Friday, February 9, 2023. License requirement is a valid State of California Contractors License Class C-10 Each proposal must be accompanied by a cash deposit, a certified or cashier's check, or a bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Hermosa Beach, in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid submitted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, and a warranty bond all in the attached form satisfactory to the City Attorney. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest responsible bidder.
