Site work and paving for a road / highway in Frederick, Colorado. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of March 9 the council decided not to to award this project and will do rebid sometimes next year. The project generally consists of: Furnish and install all labor and materials for site activities including; 1) Staging and mobilization; 2) Traffic control; 3) Coordination with utility, trash service and material testing companies as well as notification of affected parties; 4) Removal of asphalt mat; 5) Hot bituminous asphalt patching; 6) Mill and overlay operations; 7) Replace Thermoplastic and restriping of existing roadway markings and new double yellow. All Pre-Bid questions should be directed to Jason Berg in the Engineering Department at jberg@frederickco.gov or (720) 382-5601. All questions will be answered and posted as addendums to the project. The last day for question is February 24, 2023 by 5:00pm Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100%
