Renovation of a municipal facility in Chatham, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Municipality of Chatham-Kent is seeking a Contractor for an interior renovation project in a mixed-use industrial building. The major scope items of this project are minor demolition of some partitions, construction of some new partitions, a new Universal washroom, and lunchroom. Power distribution, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, floor and wall finishes are within scope of the project. The project encompasses approximately 5,000 square feet. Due to the confidential nature of this project, bidders must first enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement with the municipality to gain access to the tender documentation. Please send an email to ckpurchasing@chatham-kent.ca with your intent to bid and requesting a non-disclosure agreement.
