No definite date for the rebid.** Bids will be received for the following Contract 1: Roof Replacement & Cupola Removal at the Municipal Building In the City of Brigantine The Bid Documents have been prepared by Settembrino Architects with an office at 37 E Washington Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716, P: (732)-741-4900. All questions shall be directed to Kevin M Settembrino, AIA, LEED AP. No bid will be accepted that does not conform to the Specifications. Bids shall be submitted and must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated by the Specifications. Bids are to be submitted as follows: hand delivery, sent UPS or Federal Express, or similar courier service. The City of Brigantine is not responsible for late delivery by any postal carrier. This contract will be awarded by the City through a public bidding process complying with the requirements of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. as well as with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et. seq. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. During the performance of this contract the Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). all requirements of Affirmative Action N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., all requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety.
