For Construction Remodel and HVAC Installation Northumberland County Conservation District is seeking bids for the following activities. 1.Construction remodel 2.HVAC installation by 2/10/2023 if you're interested in bidding on these projects. o Remove and build interior walls as shown on the drawings o Please figure in taking the wallpaper borders out o Repaint the entire interior (please see the attached documents for the colors) o We would like to try and match the existing colonial stained trim o Windows should be double hung and should match as close as possible to the existing windows. We would like a mid grade window quoted o LVP flooring should be at least 8mm thick and if quoting carpet tiles please make sure they are full adhesive tiles o Please place 2 electrical outlets for each new wall in each office o Insulate the interior walls with thin insulation to try and dampen the sound travel between the offices o Change out all interior doors to be 6 panel hollow core doors with lever handles (all the doors except the door to the basement must be 36", the basement door can be 32") o Install hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors o Install 13 LED lights instead of 11 (In the attached document is an example of what we were looking for) o The toilet and sink in the restroom must be ADA compliant o Install motion activated switches in the bathroom for the lights and fan o Replace the light in the dining room and kitchen
