Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fremont, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For all tools, labor and materials necessary to complete the work required for LINCOLN AVENUE ASPHALT OVERLAY as per the Plans and Specifications prepared by the Engineering Department and on file with the City Clerk. TOTAL ESTIMATED COST............$1,200,000.00 ESTIMATE OF QUANTITIES 3410 Tons of Asphalt. The work is generally described as asphalt, mill and overlay on Lincoln Avenue. AND, other associated work including curb ramps, adjust manholes, valves, rebuild inlets and erosion control. All work shall conform to the City of Fremont's Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, latest edition. The contractor shall commence work as soon as practical after execution of the contract and complete the work no later than September 15, 2023.
