If a Bidder/Offeror is not registered in the portal, they must register before they can submit a response. Approval of a new Supplier registration may take up to 48 hours. These Guides provide detailed instructions for online quote, bid, and proposal submission. Responses in "draft" status will not be accepted. Bids and proposals must be submitted prior to the due date and time listed in the solicitation. General. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide weekly residential refuse collection and "single stream" recyclables collection services at locations, dates, and times designated by the County. The Contractor shall collect refuse and recyclables in separate trucks for a minimum of five (5) hours at each location per truck per location on Saturday. Currently, the Contractor shall be required to collect trash and recycling for five (5) hours at Evergreen Fire Department and five and a half (5 1/2) hours at The Nokesville School. William County. No collections will be held on Sundays. In addition, collections will not occur on New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. The County will provide the Contractor with advanced notice of any needed changes to the collection schedule. This program is open to County residents only. At no time may commercial refuse or recyclable materials be accepted. Bulky waste is also not acceptable.
