The Owner expects to issue a Purchase Order before February 24th, 2023 Kitchen Equipment Contractor (KEC): Person, company or corporation who will contract for the completion of work specified in this section. SUMMARY OF WORK BY KITCHEN EQUIPMENT CONTRACTOR A. Provide labor and materials required to install new outdoor walk-in cooler and freezer and deliver and set in place combi ovens, level, install, supervise, and coordinate the installation of the food service equipment and accessories as specified. Certified installation of combi ovens with extended warranty of 2-year labor, 4-year parts. B. Provide shop drawings for walk in cooler and freezer to coordinate final electrical connections provided by the owner. C. KEC is responsible for verifying and coordinating all items provided in this section, with the drawings, specifications, manufacturer's requirements, submittals, actual site conditions, adjacent items, and associated (Sub-) Contractors; to assure that there are no discrepancies or conflicts. This is to include, but not be limited to, quantities, dimensions, clearances required, direction of operation, door swings, utilities, fabrication details and methods, installation requirements, etc. D. Any alternates to the specifications must be submitted in writing (10) days prior to bid opening explaining reasons for acceptance of alternate. SUMMARY OF WORK / WORK BY OTHER TRADES A.
