Remodeling of a road / highway in Hamilton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of a road / highway.

**As of April 18, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $595,294.45** The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964. All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:2. 24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety. The contractor shall thoroughly review all plans and specifications prior to construction. Plans and specifications must be referred to simultaneously to fully comprehend what is to be constructed. The scope of work includes the resurfacing of Marshall Avenue, Julia Avenue and Murray Avenue. In addition to milling and resurfacing (18,951 S.Y.), the scope of work includes the removal and replacement of concrete curbing (2,951 L.F.), concrete aprons and driveways (3,283 S. F.), and concrete sidewalks (3,836 S.F) where indicated, and drainage repairs and improvements.
