Renovation of a mixed-use development in Seguin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.
Seguin Independent School District, a Texas independent school district, is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for a contractor to per-form roofing ser-vices on a project in Seguin, Texas involving the Administration Building and High School (D-Wing). The District intends to evaluate proposals and select a contractor in a one step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.151-.155 of the Texas Government Code. Inquiries may be submitted in writing via email to Jennifer Martinez, jraskemartinez@seguin.k12. tx.us, no later than February 15, 2023. The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFCSP, to waive technicalities, to readvertise, or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest of the District. Proposals should be sub-mitted sealed and plainly marked: "REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PRO-POSALS FOR Roofing." Late responses will not be accepted. Location Seguin I.S.D.
