To establish an Indefinite Quantity Agreement to purchase ROOF INSPECTION AND REPAIR SERVICES at the Parsons Avenue Water Plant (PAWP) located at 5600 Parsons Ave., Lockbourne, Ohio 43137 on an as-needed basis. The scope of work needed includes on-site visits for inspection and service. The bidder must be authorized by Carlisle to perform maintenance and inspection services on EPDM roofs, as well as built-up Garland roofs. The term of this contract shall be for twelve (12) months beginning 03/01/23 through 02/28/24.
