Accepting bids for HVAC Services. The Scope of Work will include repair, adjustment and replacement of all HVAC equipment and related components, at Twin Spruce Junior High and Campbell County High School. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to Campbell County School District for ten (10) percent of the Base Bid. The Bid Bond pledges that the Bidder will enter into a contract with Campbell County School District on the terms stated in the bid. The successful Bidder shall provide a 100% percent of the contract Performance and Payment Bond or a Letter of Credit or any other security as approved by Campbell County School District as stated in the Instructions to the Bidder. Gurley Gillette Wyoming 82716 Phone 307-682-2750 Work to begin July 1, 2023 with the option to renew the contract yearly for an additional 6 years with the contract ending June 30, 2030. CONTRACTOR agrees to begin work on or after July 1st 2023, and complete the contract on or before June 30th 2024, time being of the essence.
