The City of Laurel is soliciting bids for one (1) homeowner housing unit to be rehabilitated with the city's home rehab grant program Any contractor wishing to bid must possess a current Mississippi Contractors License. A copy of bidder's certification from the Mississippi Board of Contractors must be included in the bid packet. The Mississippi Contractors License Number must be printed on the outside of the bid envelope, as well as "RE: HOME Rehab Grant". All bids must be typed - handwritten bids will not be accepted. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
