The proposals are to provide Professional Services for the survey, design and permitting of widening and resurfacing improvements to Lofton Road from the Kissimmee River to US 98. The scope of services in- dudes the requirements of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) State- Funded Grant Agreement FPN: 440446-1-54-01 between Okeechobee County and the FDOT.
